Comparisons to Bravo’s ‘Housewives’ franchise were unavoidable when Logo announced they’d ordered up the debut season of ‘The A-List: New York,’ from the producers of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta.’

A reality show about six successful gay men living, working and falling in love in New York, ‘The A-List: New York’ premieres Monday, October 4th at 10/9C on Logo.

“I don’t feel offended by the term ‘housewife’ and it doesn’t bother me to be compared,” says Mike Ruiz. “I’ve always said that since the beginning, that I’m the Jill Zarrin,” added Derek Saathoff.
